The address

Write to hello@candyshortporn.com. Email is the way to reach this site: there is no chat window, no phone line and no account to log into.

What is worth writing about

Corrections are the most useful messages: an episode count, a token cost or a cast list that no longer matches what Candy shows. Name the series, say which page you were reading and what you saw on Candy.

Creators and their representatives can use the same address to ask for a page about a licensed twin to be corrected, and should say which page and what needs to change.

What this address cannot help with

This site does not run Candy accounts. It cannot see your sign-up, your tokens or your payments, and it cannot change them. For anything about an account, a charge or an episode that will not play, use the Help Center on Candy itself.

What happens to your message

Your email address is used to reply to you and for nothing else. There is no newsletter and no mailing list to be added to, and the privacy page explains the rest.
